I have been working in the travel industry since 1999. After working for another agency for six years, I decided to move forward and go on my own, opening Elite Travel Planning. I have seen the travel industry change quite a bit over the past few years, due to the fast growing travel websites. My goal with Elite Travel Planning is to really be able to give the one on one help and guidance to clients when booking their vacations. I often find myself wondering where all the customer service has gone, not only in the travel industry, but in many aspects of today's world. I really hope that with Elite, I can show each one of my clients that I am happy to help them in any way that I can. Having a good relationship with each client is very important to me. I want to be the one person that people are able to call when travel is needed, or wanted. I believe it creates a level of trust and comfort, which in turn, provides a level of convenience that is unbeatable in any other travel market.
